Services Offered By NDC President Nicole Noonan

When going through a break-up or divorce, it is always good to have a professional with whom clients can discuss various issues. While there are often many professionals to choose from, Nicole Noonan is a founding partner and President of National Divorce Capital, Inc. Who counsels clients without acting as an attorney or providing legal advice.

During her tenure at the firm, the attorney has held the prestigious role of General Counsel of a New York City based real estate firm. Ms. Noonan has significant expertise in the areas of property, commercial, industrial and family law. As a result, Nicole also understands the ins and outs of the divorce system and related issues.

Ms. Noonan while a licensed attorney in New York State no longer provides services as a Divorce Attorney or legal advice. Instead, Nicole strives to assist clients in finding the empowerment necessary to handle the very tough negotiations that are often a part of the process. As such, the attorney now uses that information to provide methods and tools which can help ease and expedite those involved in these situations.

Having earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Boston College and others from Seton Hall University School of Law, she has been a licensed attorney for quite some time. While in college, Nicole clerked for a Union County Superior Court judge. The attorney continues to take continuing education courses at Seton University School of Law, most recently in Geneva Switzerland as a foreign exchange student.

With this certificate, Nicole is a certified Interpersonal Development Mediator in New York State. During this time, Ms. Noonan has helped a number of clients discover whether proceeding toward divorce or reuniting might be a better option for future goals. In addition, the attorney turned counselor has also aided in helping couples overcome a number of obstacles which have prevented success in either direction in the past.

Whether or not a couple or individual decides to reunite or break-up is always a personal decision. Although, having as much information as possible related to the financial and emotional aspects of such an endeavor can often be helpful.
