Sometimes, corruption is already intolerable and faulty decisions have been affecting the nation negatively. Therefore, a true and responsible leader should make the necessary decisions on how to treat these issues. By treating these problems they will be able to live a better and peaceful country.

Being too intimidated by your fellow officers would only stop you from growing into a better person. You should learn to increase your confidence and fill your mind with positive words. There should be no way for you to feel down about yourself since this would be the best time to prove to your boss how capable you can be. Effective management is when you already are mature enough to cope up with its demands.

Having good professional relationships would contribute to the possibility of advancement and improvement. We should never underestimate the skills of these leaders. They spent years of practice and experience when it comes to industrial management. They have considered all the factors that highly affect the growth of an organization.

Therefore, they also should act like one. Being highly independent can help you make effective and accurate decisions. Manipulation is not wrong as long as it results to good outcomes. Seeing the dramatic increase of your overall productivity is worth celebrating. Therefore, being the best officer that you can be can make you successful in your career.
