Any business in operation has to ensure that they meet the expected standards and follow the rules and regulations that govern that particular field in which they are operating. There are bodies that are mandated to come up with these regulations and ensure that they are followed to the letter. The OFCCP requirements are just but a few of them that help to keep employers in check.

The federation has made it compulsory for any business to keep records of all their proceedings. The record must capture all the finer details without holding anything back. It is essential for employers not to discriminate against anyone based on color, race, religion or any other factor deemed to be divisive. Those that apply to supply tenders must be given equal attention and chance to prove their ability to supply the company with whatever it is they need. This whole factor plays a big role in the fight against corruption by ensuring that one gets what is well deserved.

All companies are subject to frequent checks and audit by the relevant bodies. It is upon the firms to be in a position to provide all their books and accounts. These books must have all the important matters captured and explained in a way that does not leave any room for doubt. These checks are at time intended to confirm whether the business is in compliance with the set rules.

All company vacancies must be advertised openly for all interested parties to apply. In the advert, they must clearly and openly declare that all applicants stand an equal chance of getting hired subject to their qualifications. This statement ought to be included in all vacancy advertisements of the company.
